Michigan Central Station - Detroit, MI
PCP has had a partnership with Ford Land for over 6 years and is excited to be a part of the Corktown renovation project. The Train Station went into service in 1911 and was operating until 1988. PCP is performing the Make Safe scope of work which includes covering windows, roofs, floor infills, stairs and stair railing revisions, elevator protection, enclosing existing elevator shafts, supplying specialty materials and roof enclosures. We will also be working on the Book Depository building which is part of this package and is next to the Train Station, performing a similar scope of work at the same time.
