The second project PCP was able to procure in the Albert Avenue building of the Center City Towers in East Lansing was the Jolly Pumpkin brew pub and eatery. With a natural finished wood look and open floor plan and mezzanine bar the establishment boasts plenty of seating for guests, an open kitchen and two bars.  This project also had some engineered cold form framing at the upper bar mezzanine, a separate mechanical mezzanine, and decorative mezzanine over the brewery area. The design greatly utilizes the limited amount of space available.
