1201 Woodward - Detroit

This Historic Buildings includes multi-purpose build-outs with modern amenities while maintaining the Downtown Detroit Architecture.

PCP played an integral part in the complete restoration of delapidated ornamental plaster systems.  Our Plasterer Technicians cleaned and prepped what remained of existing surfaces, applied molding compounds, poured new molds, attached the bolds, and blended new and old together, creating an amazing transformation from past to future.

PCP also completed the remaining 95,400 sf restoration of the building through modern methods, building out over 15 floors with conventional drywall and finishing methods.
